I have previously been a member of this forum when I started to apply for my citizenship however, due to the recent crisis in our economy, I was struck by temporary memory loss and forgot my user name and password so hence, a newbie.
I have some questions that need be answered by the learned and any input will be of great help.
I was just recently sworn in as a citizen of the US of A (3 weeks). My mother came to the US with a visitors visa last July to take care of some business. I was thinking might as well file a petition for her while she's here. I was reading some of the threads and I believe that this will not be considered as fraud since the "intent'" of adjusting status is not present. (I became a citizen after she physically entered the US.) and if i was gonna file for the adjustment, it would be 90 days after she was admitted.
Also, I could read the instructions to fill out forms needed to file and the necessary documents to be submitted (ie. birth certificates, marriage contract, copy of passport or certificate of citizenship) but do I actually submit all the forms together? (I30,I485,I864,I693,G325A) If not, what are the initial forms that I have to prepare and submit first together with the necessary documents and I130? any advice on my issue will be greatly appreciated. i apologize if I didnt even bother to use the search function.
