Hello, I just became a citizen yesterday, and I would like to put a petition as alien relative to my sister, I wonder how long it takes if she is married and have 2 kids, although she is getting separated and it seems that she is going under divorce soon, so I think I would have to wait until she is divorce because is faster the process or it doesn't matter?
And also would like to know if my sister has a tourist visa and I put a petition for her, is this going to affect her tourist visa or these process are have an individual treatments.
