I think these petitions are very valid(in the order of preference from the point of view of US govt also)
a) AC 21 regulations publication - they have nothing to lose and everything to gain from publishing regulations. In fact, companies should be asking the govt to do this.
b) the green card for spouses - that adds to the line of US being a very humanitarian nation
c) 140 independent of 485 after 180 days (that should be a part of (a) already. In any case , a clarification may help
d) 485 approval process - under the current situation -the applicants gain the most.
am not sure about
the LC petition. Nothing against LC applicant(most of my friends are. I was one). However, the laws are the current economic situation warrants otherwise.
If this makes sense - can people start looking at (a) and (c)
