Good day all!! Im a Cdn citizen, my wife is an American citizen. My I-130 was approved back in July, and my Lawyer has mailed off the final documents, so now were just waiting for the interview appt. in Montreal. I was hoping to have the interview prior to Xmas, but seems Jan is a more reasonable time frame. My question, is there any way possible that I can bring all my personal belongings (via U-haul truck) down to the USA while we wait for the interview?? Otherwise I have to put it all into Storeage since my lease ends here at end of Dec, and releasing from the Cdn Forces in Dec as well. I realize the answer is probably a big NO, but it doesnt hurt to ask!! I have asked this to a few INS people, and they couldnt give me an answer for some reason! Thanks.
