When I filled out my paperwork for a green card I put my full name that has two middle names. When I received my green card and the paperwork the name on the receipt for my green card was correct but my actually green card only had the initial for the first middle name. Does this mean I have to get another card to correct this issue? I have tried to do a 1-90 application but it is asking for proof that this is my legal name. I haven’t legally changed my name yet, but my understanding is that whatever you put as your name for your green card papers that’s considered you legal name. Would love to get some insight into this.
 
I also have 2 middle names and only the first letter of the first middle name shows.
I assumed it was on purpose and never had any issue with it for the past 4/5 years traveling with my GC.
