Permanent Resident By Diversity Visa; When do I qualify for Citizenship

Hi

I am permanent resident of US by Diversity Visa (Green Card Lottery); I got Green card in September 2001.

I know if you have a green card through work, you qualify for citizenship after 5 years. For green card through marriage, the duration is 3 years.

What is the minimum duration for Citizenship Qualification if you have a green card through Diversity Visa?

Thanks

If I may add:
If, in the meantime you married a US citizen then once you are married for 3 years (minus 90 days) you can also apply for citizenship (that is, if it is sooner than the five years in Rahul's answer).
