Hi. My mother has permanent disability and due to that, my father cannot go to work because he has to help her. Now, is it possible for my mom to sponser someone from her homeland to take care of her. If it is possible, what is the process? We cannot afford anyone to take care of her here but if we get someone from her country then it would be cheaper and in addition, there won't be a problem with the language (my mother can't speak English very well).
