I just thought how awesome would be to have some program of exchanging citizens.
E.g. one U.S. person would like to permanently become a citizen of Germany.
Also there's a person in Germany who wants to become a U.S. citizen permanently.
If this two people meets and sign some agreement and government allows them to exchange their places of living legally, that would be pretty awesome law.
