Hello,
This is a Million$ Question?
My I485 filing was one among the Marathon filings on July 2, 2007.
Things I've right now:
I 485 filed, pending(filed 07/02/08)
EAD start Date(08/15/07)
I 140 Approved, last week(02/06/08)
Now, I joined a company on CTH, and need to covert to FULL TIME by end of this month(Feb 2008).
I checked with my Company(Client) HR folks, and they'll not be sending any details of mine to INS. Only thing they do is the I9, and the document they need is my EAD card.
Now, I've a problem of change of job duties from that of Labor filing to what I'm doing right now.
Help me with a good suggestion of what to do here.
