Hello guys

My employer has just started my GC processing and the PW we got from SWA is greater than my current pay. So when should the employer start paying >= PW ? should it be before applying for Labor ? should it be after Labor is approved but before applying I-140 & 485? or should it be after the GC is approved? I'am confused....... any help will be greatly appreciated...

Thanks

I believe it is right from the start

I think PERM says right from the start you should get paid that much. I am not sure if ability to pay will help you out in PERM.

PW wage for PERM

Hi,

I got my PW wage for PERM for state SWA. Now I also need to file for H1-B extension. Does any body knows that my PW for LCA would be the same for H1-B extension?

- Thanks

Re:

So before March 28th was it OK to just show ability to pay? bcos one of my friends applied before March 28th and he is also paid below the PW... so is this requirement to pay from the start of labor new with PERM?

thanks
