PERM Wages clarifications

Hi,

I am trying to file perm labour, where my present company which holding my h1b is filing my my labour, they already posted the advertisemts in new papers and on notice board with wages ... unfortuantely my wages are raised, i.e. the salray i am getting is more than the specified wages in the notice bord advertisement..

i was thinking the salary they specified will be the range..

can i file the labour with those advertisemente....

getting more salary than those advertised is fine. You should not be making less
