I work for company A, which is a subsidiary of company B, and this company(A) files my LC-RIR (Philadelphia) in Sep'03, state processing is current so it gets into Federal processing quickly in Oct'03. Since then the prcessing is stuck up there, in Jan'05 my company (A) is merged with its parent company(B), so my employer is now company B. Now PERM is there, my question at this point is "Can I continue my old LC-RIR application which is with company A, and file a new LC-PERM application which would be with company B?" I will really appreciate for your suggestions and help.
