PERM status anyone ?

I've been told by my lawyer that all PERM cases are being rejected. He hasn't heard of any approvals yet. Is this information correct ? They are holding off filing my application until things improve.
Please share your experiences if any.

I am trying to find a thread that actively discusses PERM , but not able to. Looks like PERM is dead, no applications or approvals.

As per DOL *projected* time for PERM approvals is 45-60 days thats why there have not been any approvals yet. Hope to see some after the mid of next month. Initially there were some rejections but that was a software glitch, also there is room for only three (3) emplyment history records, which might be an issue for some.

Provision for 3 employment history records is available by default in the online form, however you can add more by selecting 'add more"!
