I am compiling a list of people with their PERM application info so that everyone can use it, and put it into a spreadsheet.

Could you please tell us what your info is:
1. Job Title
2. Required Education and Experience
3. Prevailing Wage Level
4. Answer to question H12 (Yes/No)

Please guys, this would be very helpful for everyone.
