My company decided to start the GC process for me through PERM. Problem is my wife is here on J1 with the HRR. She's in the process of getting the waiver through NOS. At which point of the PERM process does she need the actual waiver? Can she get the EAD without the waiver in hand? I'd appreciate all the answers.
