PERM Sponsorship email

We submitted our first PERM application on Sept 28th and didnt get any sponsoship email, after we wrote to chicago, on October 6th we received the denial status on the website. Our attorney said End date for the job was not put in which is possibily the reason for denial and he added the end date and refiled it on the same day evening. He didnt wait for the details from DOL.

This time also Company HR hasnt received the email .

Now october 6th was Friday and after weekend Monday was Holiday, so our attorney says the email is not generated automatically so we need to wait for today to see if the email is coming.

Does anyone one know if this is true? Is the email send after manual checking of the application. I was under the impression that if all the coloums are filled in the PERM application properly the sponsorship email is generated automaticaly by the system.

My contention is that it doesnt matter if it is working day or otherwise as email is automatically generated.

Its extremely important that I get a fast reply since my H1 is expiring in 3 months time and I need to get my I-140 to get the next 3 year extension. My labor was filed thru the old company and it has already been withdrawn

Any one know abt this?

The only reasons that a sponsorship email would not be sent are the following:

---There is a temporary glitch in the PERM system (this DOES happen), or
---There is a mistake in the application that has triggered an automatic denial.

There should not be an end date for the current employer. The reasons that are usually run into are typos -- such as, the person filing the case didn't calculate the PW to be at least 90 days, the ads have expired, the ad date wasn't a sunday, etc.

One more thought -- Make sure your company's SPAM filter is completely turned off so that there is no risk of the sponsorship email bouncing back. That can also trigger an automatic denial, as the DOL can indicate the email ID isn't valid.
