PERM request for review.

Hi there!

I am trying to figure out what is the time frame for a review request, submitted to DOL for denial, based on "clear error". I see there is a document from recent AILA meeting with DOL about this specific issue.
But I can't oppen the document, since I am not an AILA member.

Can someone help me with that? AILA document number is 08052961. If it is prohibited to share the document contents, is it possble to at least post approximate time frame?

05/29/2008: Some Positive News on PERM Cases on Appeal/Motion

* AILA has reported that approximately out of 900 cases which had been denied and either appealed or filed motion for reconsideration, OFLC has decided to return approximately 350 cases back to the PERM processing queue based on their determination that these cases could have been denied in "clear error." The AILA has been working hard to work with the OFLC on this in the form of a pilot project and deserves a big hats-off for the job well-done.
