initally everyone was saying its mandated that only employer can register online , but my HR deptt is bad and the lawyer has made it worse than help.
so HR does not want to register online and lawyer already took the money
someone quoted that it does not have to be and even the lawyer can register for
the employer??
second , i read somewhere that if the employer does not have access via internet they can send hardcopy
feedback appreciated, i am in a bind

Lawyers are not supposed to Register. Employer only must register. They can then create sub-accounts for the lawyer. DOL tracks where the information originated (from employer computer or somewhere else)?

If that's the situation have your employer file by mail.
