My company just finished advertising the position. We got less than 10 resumes, is that normal? Do we have to interview most of them?

it depends on what kind of job you advertisted for and if any one of the candidate has experince in the job. what is ms/mba+0.
 
well we advertised MS in Info sys or MBA + 0 years of experience.
Its a Market Research Position
 
Yes, less than 10 resumes is fairly normal. Please note if you are the person for whom the GC is being applied, you are not permitted BY LAW to be involved in the recruitment process.
