Could some one please share any info that you may have on these points. If someone is in the process of going in for PERM, please throw some light on your experiences so far....
1) I have filed for labor thro regular processing (june ' 04) , which is going to the BEC
......Can I continue to have this application on file and also apply thro PERM thro the same employer ??..
2) Incase I have to pull out my old application what will be the priority date?...june 04 or mar'05?...
3)Does anyone have some basic idea on the ad process for PERM?...Is it very much diff than RIR?....
4) Incase I file thro PERM by withdrawing the exisitng one, will the appl be still processed in 45 days ?..
