Have A Situation Here.

My Labor States That I Need (bachelors In Cs + 3 Yrs Of Exp).
I Have Bachelors In Cs + Masters In Cs + 1 Yr Of Exp In Us.
I Did Part Time In India For 2 Yrs While I Am Doing Bachelors.

Question I Have Is:
1. Is Part Time Experience Considered By Uscis As Experience Or Not ?
2. If Not Does Uscis Consider Masters As 2 Yrs Of Experience

Experts Please Respond. I Appreciate All Your Guys Help .

Thanks In Advance

1. As far as I know, the number of hours worked part time will be converted to a full-time frame. For example, if you worked for 2 yrs part-time, for 20 hrs/week, then they will consider that as working 1 yr full time. Therefore it would count as 1 yr of exp.

2. I don't know the answer to that.

Thanks A Lot Immigraboy. I Really Appreciate It. You Just Shred Some Light Into My Carrier. I Have 40 Hrs Per Week And I Have My Experience Letters Stating That.
I Forgot To Mention In My Prev Post That They Are Filing In Eb3.do You Think Eb3 Makes Any Difference?

Immi is right. If you have "half" time for 2 years, it will be considered as equivalent to 1 year full time. Just make sure it is 2 FULL years. Not like 22 1/2 months.

If your degree says master's, it should be listed as a master's on your application. However, if you have a 3 year Bachelor's degree and a 2 year master's degree, that is NOT equivalent to a US master's. So, in essence, you LIST that you have a master's, but if the application required a master's (which is 6 years, not 5), you wouldn't qualify. EB3 as a "3 + 3" (what you are doing) is a common alternate solution for those who need to file cases who don't have the qualifying 4-yr. or 6-yr. degree.
