Hello all gurus and attorneys,
I applied thru perm on sept 22nd, still in process(chicago).Intially the ads were run for ms+6 months which i thought exceed my svp zone so the ads were rerun for ms+0.
When i checked the application online, my lawyer had filed education reiquired as MS +0 , alternative education accepatable as BS+5...which was not mentioned in the ads,
My questions and worries are:
1. Would the mention of alternative experience in application and not in ads
affect the application in anay way?if yes then in wht way?
2.And the lawyer used the old pwd (for ms +6 months) for MS+0 application?
how wld this be considered?
