Sorry I'm a little out of it...
I say a lawyer who said that the PERM process would take about 120 days, is this true?? How long (approximately) is it supposed to take from beginning to end?
Another lawyer said that this process is not working well, can anyone tell me about some of the problems happening.
I'm about to file as a babysitter, which is now a skilled position, is this not a good idea!? Why?
