PERM processing delays?

Hi,

My company filed for my Labor Certification through PERM processing in October 2007 but it hasn't yet been approved. Granted since we recived an audit request on it, its approval probably got delayed, but would it delay this long - almost an year?

Is someone else facing such delays in their PERM processing currently?

Perm delay

Mine was applied in March 2007 and I still don't have the approval. Same thing - audits.

I am told that the DOL doesn't even bother to look at the paperwork sent by your lawyers.

From everything that I have researched it looks like we are stuck.

No complaints, no priority processing, no inquiry system.
 
I am in the same position...got audited last year Nov..haven't back yet its almost a year now! i heard so many people in the same position, many we should start a petition...Any help??
 
The DOL sent a memo to AILA late last month indicating they are currently processing cases submitted in March 2008, and audited cases initially submitted in either June or July of last year. It sucks for all of us. Placing queries only yield the generic response.
