Hi,
Iam currently working in X Company on H1. There is another Compnay who has approached and ready to do the PERM processing and mentioned that i can join them after Labour and I-140 get cleared. I would like to take you guys valuble suggestion , is that good idea to get the PERM processed as Future Employee? What would be the probability rate of clearing off the Labour?
