PERM Process for LC

Hi,

As most of us know, that PERM is going to be implemented early next year ( its already late by 1 year as per DOL ),Does that mean all the existing cases with State & Federal would be treated under PERM category ?

What I heard is with some extra documentation, that what is going to happen.

Any thoughts ?Does any one know any better ?
