PERM process for H1B-No Experience Letters

Hi
Anyone there to help me out with his knowledge?

I am working on H1B and my newest company has asked me to provide my previous employment history to start PERM process.

Issue is :
1. I dont have experience letters from 2 out of 3 companies I worked for in past (99.99999% sure they will never give, as I left those bodyshopping places)

Will this create issues now with Perm/140,485 stages???????

Is there any workaround to keep in mind, before I start PERM and invest lots of money in there?? dont want to end up later in incomplete and wasted dollars process.

Now what could I do?
Any advices are most welcome

some people create what they need
What I mean is write a letter like resume fomat, list the company name, address, contact person, phone...., start working date, end date. You just need a "letter" right?
Well, just a though.

I'm sure no one here would ever encourage you to create fraudulent documentation, as the below post is implying. Didn't you have a good relationship with ANY of the companies for which you worked? Multiple supervisors? ANYONE that could give you a letter? I just find it highly unlikely that everyone in the company despises you that much that they would refuse you a letter... unless you did something horrible or left them in a terrible lurch.
