I finally got hold of the paralegal assigned to us and by her responses I am pretty sure the advertising had not yet started
. So my question is: How long does it take to prepare a PERM case given that one is in no hurry at all? I know that if you are in a real hurry it could be done in 3 months. What about the case when you move slowly but steadily? When should I start being concerned about unnecessary procastination?
We got the first emails about PERM being started beginning of September.
