Can anybody help me. This is the message i got from my attorney "We are unable to access your case on line even though we are using the appropriate password and other information. We have just put in a request to the DOL helpdesk to hopefully resolve what appears to be a technical problem."
Can anybody tell what happened. I have my case number and the petition was submitted 2 weeks back. What do i do now? How long does it take for their helpdesk to respond. Anybody please help!!
