PERM filed in Oct'2007 in EB2 Catagory. It was audited in Feb'2008 and responded immediately. Employer recently mentioned that now the case is with "BALCA". Unable to get further details.
I wonder - What are the chances of PERM approval and What are my other options?
I'm already in the 8th year on H1B, and don't have PERM filed through any other employer.
