PERM or pre-approved labor

I am looking for a company that has pre-approved labor or willing to do PERM. I can transfer long-term project to that company. I am on 6th year H1B with 5 months left. Help me in this situation.

I am thinking of joining Binex Group which will start my GC through PERM.
Does anybody have any good/bad experience with this company?
