My lawyer submitted my PERM application on November 03, 2006 and I was given a case number.
I was doing a follow-up today and he told me that he has to resubmit my application since he forgot about the 30 day job posting requirement.
My lawyer, has been beating about the bush and hasnt given me any clear answers, my major questions/ concerns are:
- How is it a resubmission when there was a case number issued and an email sent to HR saying that the case is being processed?
- Could this be an audit?
- what will be my priority date? Say hypothetically, if he re-submits the application again on 30th December 2006, will it be November 3rd or December 30th?
