I am new to this forum..seems like trouble is bringing is all together...
I have an MS and my employer advertised for an MS in the ads.
I have 100% of the prevailing wage.But my PWD puts me in job zone 4 , svp:8...and level 2 wage..,
So my questions are:
would my case be audited with a requirement for Business necessity or denied as Job Zone 4 requires just a BS?Or do they consider the fact that the emplyer requires MS?
Should the4 answer to q h12 be Yes in my case?
I am assuming that if i clear stage one with an explanation of BN , i would be EB2..., correct me folks if i am wrong..,
We have a union for the hourly workers ( i am salaried )do we have to give their union reperesentative a notice??
My title is "Product engineer".
I am all done with ads , the required waiting period..but i am just waiting wondering whether i should take the jump....
