What are my chances if I apply for Eb2 MBA+0 as a Market Research Analyst.
Would experience before obtaining the Masters Count?

Your employer can indicate in the advertisements and on the PW that he will accept experience earned prior to or during your degree's coursework.

Thing is most of my experience was while I was getting my undergraduate degree. Would that count?

Yes, as long as the employer mentions that he will accept that experience in the PW/job bank/ads.
