I need some advice.
I have been consulting a lawyer and it seems that he is not worried about me paying for the legal fees and not the employer. The employer will pay newspaper Ad but I will pay for the PERM preparation. I have read on PER CR 656 that employer should pay for everything. Is there any exception to this rule?
