I am new to this forum. I have some questions, looking for some answers here.
I am applying for Perm LC, I have a Masters degree + 1.5 yrs of experience before joining my current company. My Lawyer says he cannot apply my case in EB2 since I dont meet the salary requirement.
My company is ready to adjust my salary, but not right now
My question is:
1) At what stage during the GC process is the salary checked, right at LC stage or it can be adjusted anytime before I get the Green Card
2) I have read many posts floating around regarding EB3/pending EB2 retrogression. If I apply a month later for my LC (considering the LC gets approved say in Nov), but EB3 is retrogressed, after LC approval can I apply for I140/485 ? At what stage will I get EAD. Will retrogression affect EAD?
Can sombody please answer my questions here?
