PERM labour approval

Hi,
I have been filed for labour electronically thru PERM almost 3 months ago.So far i haven't heard anything from them. How can track the status? do they give any file # when we filed? does anybody waiting for labour approval since 90 days under PERM? Please reply me.Thanx in advance
 
You should ask for your case number from your attorney or HR. If yours is a Chicago application, then 90 days is normal. This forum has tracking threads for Chicago and Atlanta...please use these for tracking case statuses
 
I received Audit request 5 months after I applied for PERM (Chicago). Things are pretty erratic and there is no way to verify where exactly you stand and I do not think there is any pattern. You can have your attorney check the status regularly - just ping them once every 2-3 weeks but nothing else you can do.
