Perm Labor

Hi,

I have a perm labor filed in California in Nov 2005. It's been over 4 months and I still haven't heard the verdict on the appliation. So I just wanted to check if for anybody else'e application also. It has taken more than 4 months or 6 months. Please confirm.

And also, I read on murthy.com about Bi Specilization, that all cases for I-129 and I-140 will be processed in those centers. Does anybody have any information/links like how it is going to impact the system and when we can expect the results.

Hi,

Mine took almost 3 months. Ask your employer to shoot an email to DOL and then it starts rolling (atleat it did in my case).

Do you have the email address of DOL and If you have the format of the letter. And how it took after that inquiry.

The letter

To Whom so ever it May Concern.

On [DATE] we applied for Labor Certification under PERM for [NAME] under Case ID A-XXXXX and as of today we haven't heard any notification what so ever regarding this case. It would be greatly appreciated if some one could update us regarding this particular case.
