Hi,
My company is filing MY labor under PERM next month.I have M.S degree and 2 1/2 yrs of work experience.My company says that i'll be qualified to get labor under eb 2 category.My question is, if i get the labor approved in another 3 months i'll be able to apply for 140 and 485.But i'm not yet married and it will take another 2 yrs for me to get married.So ideally i'm not understanding how shud i proceed with the my GC process.Do i have to wait to apply for 140 and 485 till i get married?
Can any one suggest me what's the best way to do?
