PERM/Labor Certification - EB2 or EB3?

Hi All,

I have Masters Degree in Computer Science+3 yrs experience (only one employer), but Bachelors Degree in Agriculture.
Now I am plannig for Green card Processing. I have so many questions. Please be patient to read this and answer me.

1. Masters Degree in Computer Sciences + 3 yrs experience as software developer
2. Bachelors Degree in Agriculture

Question 1: I talked to my lawyer and she says I can't go for EB3 as I have bachelors in Agriculture, Is this true?

Question 2: My lawyer told I have to go for EB2 and for EB2 the salary should be level 3 salary which is 80,000K for my state. I am getting only 55,000k as of now. Do I need to go for EB2 with level 3 salary?

Question 3: Please, can anyone let me know which one I have to choose EB2 or EB3? Can I go for EB3 with Master's Degree

You can go for EB3 based on 3 years of education and 3 years of experience - the alternate to the standard Bachelor's degree + 1 EB3.
If you do go under EB2, your employer must be willing to meet that salary requirement after your I-485 is approved. I don't know why you wouldn't want to go for EB2, however, because in general it is a faster process for obtaining the final green card.
