PERM Labor Cert Hanging for 60+ Days

Is there anyone else with the same situation? I see that a lot of people tend to get a result back within a very short amount of time. Their timeframe is 45-60 days, but it's been more than 60. It's applied electronically, but I believe it falls into the jurisdiction of Atlanta.

Is there anything that my lawyer can do at this point? According to her, she shouldn't really contact them before 90 days.
 
In our experience, Atlanta cases take an average of 6-12 months to be approved, while the Chicago cases take about 2 weeks. Your lawyer is correct. They are not supposed to contact the DOL before 90 days of pending. If it pends past 90 days, have your lawyer contact his/her AILA liaison to see if he/she can do anything.
