PERM Labor application question

Hi all,

Can my company apply for labor right after 30 days of job posting or does it need to wait for an additional 30 days to show the recruitment effort ?? (To show that they gave enough time for other candidates to apply and it took some time for them to select the right candidate.)

30 days of my job posting has completed, but they said they need to wait for another 30 days. Is that true??

The 30 day period is counted from the day SWA was posted. Following that u have to wait for 30 days and prepare recruitment report. Total 60 days then u may file.
