I'm confused about this:

JobZone: 4 (Education: Most of these occupations require a
four-year bachelor's degree, but some do not. SVP Range: 7.0 < 8.0)
Education & Training Code: 3-Master's degree

Isn't it contradictory? bachelor's degree or Master's degree ?

It is. One way is to present it as a business necessity if you want to use Mastre's Degree for Job Zone 4 but I am looking for a way to do it without a business necesity to avoid the audit.

I have been deperately trying to find an answer to this question myself.
Haven't found a concrete answer anywhere. Let me know if you find it out.

So all the statisticians should file an EB-3?
If JobZone is 4, that means only need bachelor's degree. Why the Education & Training Code is 3-Master?
