I have a Master and I am going to apply for PERM with 2 year. We has a 150 employee firm (total 550) .The problem I am running is that we do not have people having Master in our firm so if we put an advertisement with a Master and 2 or Bach and 5 will it be a concern or what if we do not put the Bach in it. will the Labour department want justification that if there are not many masters in the firm why this ? as i think under the new rule bachleor and a 5 qualify for a master & 2 job but master & 2 does not qualify ?
