Can I file concurrently [ 1-140 and I-485 ] .... after my LC is approved.

What is waiting time for I-140 approval ?

Right now Eb2 is current, If it remains that way when you are ready to file I-140/I485 then you can cuncurrently file both.
 
If I apply I140/I485, Am I eligble for 7 th yr extension.(if 140 is pending less than one yr)
 
PERM and I-140 processing from VSC

Hi,

After concurrent filing of I-140/I-485 for EB2 category, how long will it take for I-140 approval? Any estimate on this?

At present which service center is the fastest for I-140 processing?
