I got a master degree in engineering management in 2007.if a company wanted to file a perm case would they be able file it and go through the process(LC,I-140,I-485) without any problems. help.

Sounds like your educational requirements are probably met. Nobody can guarantee that based on what you describe there won't be problems with something else. There are many other pieces in a PERM (and later, a green card) petition that may create problems, but you should discuss this with your company's lawyer.
