Hi PERM gods,
I have a bachelors and masters from a different field. Masters from a univ in USA. Currently working in software since 1.5 yrs. I applied for LC via regular RIR channels on Oct 2004. Still didnt get my 45 day notice yet. My lawyer is suggesting me to go for PERM.
Here is my dilemma - should masters be in same field as my job. Do I qualify to apply for PERM in EB2 category.
Also if its true that EB2 is going to get regressed on Sep 1, is it reasonable to file my PERM now assuming I do qualify...
