i am new to this forum. I have a question. I have filed an LC for a domestic worker who is overseas. the case was denied due to non inhouse filing. We are just a family sponsoring a nanny . Does the inhouse posting apply to domestic workers ? post the ad on my fridge? Does anyone know anything about this or is it a glitch in the system because i thought it does not apply to domestic workers. please help and what next after this denial.
