PERM for college professor

Anyone got the PERM approval recently based on the univ professor status? How long would it take to get the PERM approved these days? Also, is that about 3 months, after the PERM approval, to get the I-140 approved?
 
I got it approved in 5 days and got the letter on the 10th day of filing.
