Dear All,
I have couple of questions as under regarding filing under PERM. Please answer them with as much detail as possible.
1) Can employer file under PERM for a particular employee now if it wants to
hire him/her in future?
2) Say somebody join company X, theoratically what would be the earliest
period of recruitment efforts and filing from the date of joining?
3) Can employer share the expense of PERM filing including lawyer fees with
employee officially?
